Birthday Bash!

At last I managed to meet my hometown friends last Saturday and I've celebrated my friend's birthday!
Last Friday, I was rushing back to Kajang to get my friends birthday present, I did not prepare earlier because I have test at the week before. So so lucky I still manage to buy her a pendant as her present.

Her name is Voneyn, my secondary school mate, currently studying in UCSI, she is a patient girl, which so willing to help me on my studies when comes to Math when I was in secondary school. I am so poor in math and she is good in math. She taught me maths patiently and willing to spend her precious time on me. Although she is fierce whenever I can't understand what she is trying to tell me, but she still able to tolerate with me and repeat until I fully understand! I'm proud to have a friend like her!

Went Pavilion for lunch and shopping. Birthday cake and song surprise at The Library @ Mid Valley. I guess she already know when one of my friend say wanna look for her mum that works in Mid Valley. But I am sure she don't know that we've prepared her birthday present because we make a joke with her that we do not have time to buy present. haha! 

Came to the peak of the whole birthday celebration! I've made a video for her as a surprise, I brought iPad that day and show the video to her after cake cutting session, I've actually uploaded on my Facebook but only visible to me! haha! I am too great on giving surprise to people, haha! And the great great surprise from her to us is SHE CRIED! Can't believe she cried after watching the video. The funniest thing is she keep worrying her mascara although is water proof. She used up all the tissue in The Library! 

We really had great time being together! How good if I didn't move out from my house, or not I can always meet and hang around with them! But anyway, from this situation, I found that the bond between me and my hometown friends are stronger than what I've thought.

Appreciate those people who are around us now!

Cause and Effect Essay- Excessive Usage of Facebook in Classroom

In this day and age, indirectly communication has been practiced by the people especially teenagers. It is because there are more and more state-of-the-art products being invented, software and applications has existed that had brought everyone convenience. They begin communicate through several social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr, yet Facebook has been used by most of the people. Nowadays, student always use Facebook during class because of several reasons and this lead to some bad effect for themselves.

           There are several reasons of over usage of Facebook which has led to several affects for students in classroom. One of the reasons that cause student using Facebook in class is the lecture is tedious that had make students don’t want to pay attention in class. Log on to Facebook in class will decrease the attention of students to their lecture, this might affect their in test or exam. Besides, student may miss the important parts that lecturer had given during the lecture.

            Besides, their mind is only about the updates in Facebook because they thinking that updates In Facebook is important to them, they would not want to miss anything in Facebook so they keep checking their Facebook newsfeed in class. This has affect the students will give bad impression to the lecture and students. Friends might also look down on him or her and don’t want to make friend with him or her. Over usage of Facebook will also influence others students where If the lecturer might stop half way of the lecturer.

            Facebook might be helping people by give convenience and in terms of communication, but using Facebook excessively will bring us a lot of disadvantages that affect our results. This habit should be change and use Facebook wisely.

Compare and Contrast Essay- 2 Significant Individuals in Your Life

Life is full of excitement and challenges. As we grow, we will gone through mat stages and we met different problems and people. There are two people who help me in my life which is my mother and my friend Voon Yee. They lend me a hang whenever I meet troubles or I seek help from them. One is my parent, one is my friend-- both of them help me in different ways.

Parents and friends plays an important role in our life as they provide proper guidance and lead us to the successful ways. I believe non of us can live without family and friends, every human need love and care. Family and friends both might help us in similar or different ways and there are some similar and different roles between my mother and Voon Yee.

Mother and Voon Yee cares of me in a same way, they cares of me and never ignore me whenever I feel vulnerable and depressed. Mother comfort me when she find out that I am sad, she know it even thought I did not mention to her because I don't want her to worry about me, but still she can read my mind and take good care of me. Whereby when I am sick, Voon Yee will give me advice not to eat fried and oily food, and also not allow me to drink cold drink during recess time in school.

There are few differences between mother and Voon Yee. Due to mother is an experience woman, she always give me advice by sharing her past and tell me what to do and what not to do but my friend wil advice me through her opinion and suggestions. Mother share her past to me it is because she worry about me as if I did something that are not allow in my age that will lead to big mistaken throughout my life. My friend Voon Yee will advice me based on her opinion like what she thinks I should do in order to solve my problems.

Life will not be meaningful without parents and friends, they brought us happiness. They helps us in same objectives but in different ways. Appreciate them and never make them disappointed on us!

Contrast Essay- Car and Bicycle

In the era of globalization, the technology is extremely advance compare to the old times. In the 70s, bicycle is the only daily transportation. Until the first car was being invented, people begin to change from bicycle to car. That is why cars are can be easily seen everywhere and slowly replacing bicycles. Though, cars and bicycles are both transportation, but they come in different price, size, and the way of function.

            First of all, we can see both car and bicycle have the very big different in term of the price. Usually, we buy a car will be around RM15k for the cheapest one. Although it is still affordable for some people but still need a big sum of money to purchase a car. Besides, as in getting a better quality of car, will need a bigger amount of money. Bicycle are usually sell in lower price around few hundreds Ringgit. It is definitely affordable by everyone. Therefore the price of bicycle is cheaper than car.

         From appearance of car and bicycle, size between car and bicycle can be easily differentiated. Cars are in the form of big size and sufficient to carry two or more people. Of course it is more convenient to drive a car especially for big family like 5-8 family members. Whereas, bicycle only able to carry one passenger but sometimes it is too dangerous for two people riding it. It is usually used for leisure activities, exercise and for short distance travelling. Hence, the size of car is bigger than the bicycle.

            By these points, we can obviously know that cars are more convenient compared to bicycles. Usually people prefer cars although the price is more expensive. Yet, bicycles are still being used by the mankind. In a nutshell, although there are differences between cars and bicycle still they bring us convenient in a few ways.

Cause and Effect- Obesity

Obesity in mankind is a very serious issue. The percentage of obesity in Malaysia has been increases every year and was being ranked in the position of 6^th in the Asia in year 2010. Obesity is not only depends on the weight or the size of an individual but it is also related to the eating patterns and habits which every individual have to take note of. Hence, obesity occurs with different causes and has given several effects to the mankind.

There are several causes and effects of obesity to human. This has comes in several reasons. The first cause is over eating of particular individual. Over eating can affect individual get obesity easily. They might due to stress or they did not consume food in just sufficient portion. By over eating, obesity will happen and affect individual appearance as in fat and tubby. Many people are lack of confidence due to their appearance because they think that they are not good in looking and they started to get shy to perform themselves in front of others. Besides, obesity might easily get diseases such as heart attack, cancer, high blood pressure and diabetes. These diseases are very dangerous and might lead to death. So, over eating habit should be change to avoid those dangerous diseases.

Lack of exercises can be also the cause of obesity. As we know, proper exercises are very important to people in order to maintain healthy body and life. Without proper exercise, the function of detoxification system of body will tend to be less effective due to the lack of sweating. In this ages and days, people think that working and earning money is important than their health, and they are busying of work, so they don’t have enough time to do exercises. In addition, the flow of the blood circulation in body will not work well and will easily get sick and get stroke. Obviously, exercise is very important to everyone in order to maintain body healthiness.

Imbalance of diet of an individual will also lead to obesity. Nowadays, girls are very concern about their appearance especially their body shape. They tend to eat less and do not consume meat that provides protein, iron and vitamins. Due to this reason, malnutrition will occur, they did not get sufficient vitamins in their body, and they might not get slim but gain weight because of the imbalance vitamins in their body. Besides, some people only eat fried and oily food they can easily gain weight and not healthy. Also, in this case, individual may over excessive consumption of fats and cholesterol. For example, they have habit on having fast food like burger, French fries, fried chicken and so on. Always take not that appearance will not be the most important in our life.

From here, we can know that obesity has brings a lot of disadvantages to people and give us unhealthy life. Always remember, healthy is more than wealthy, but healthy is equal to wealthy!

Secondary School vs University

Education is very important to everyone. As we know, secondary school and university are the places where students can gain their knowledge; students can get education from both secondary school and university. However, study in secondary school and university are different because we can get different experiences and level of knowledge from secondary school and university. There are still several similarities and differences between secondary school and university.

            Generally, secondary school and university are both institutions that provide education service to mankind.  Most of the subjects are the same but in university, the level of each subjects will be harder and difficult than secondary school for sure. Teacher or either lecturer is the one who provide education to students in secondary and university. Students gain knowledge and learn from secondary school. Besides, studying in secondary school and university can also give the opportunities for students to expose to the society and gain new experiences. For example, those activities that held by school have given the chances to students to get involve to the society such as community service. By this, students have to opportunities to gain new experiences and expose more other than only in academic.

                Co-curriculum activities are available in both secondary school and university. As we can see secondary school and university are not only focus in academic but also co-curriculum.  In secondary school, students can join co-curriculum activities which divided into three main groups which are uniform body, sports and clubs. Uniform body such as Cadet Police, scout, girl guides, St. John and so on. For in university, they provide more co-curriculum activities that which concern with more on sports and social. Co-curriculum activities are almost the same important to secondary school and university.

                However, there are still differences between secondary school and university, and we can differentiate them in several terms. One of the most obvious differences between secondary school and university are the price. Secondary school’s school fees are cheaper than university as most of it is supported by the government, that’s why studying in secondary school does not cost very high. Studying in university will definitely cost higher because the higher and professional education are provided by the higher degree level of lecturer or professor.

                In another way, the dress code for secondary school is away different from university. As we can see, the fixed dress code is required for secondary school students. For example, females are required to wear pinafore and white shirt whereas guys are required to wear green pants and white shirt. This is because there will show more discipline in school. In university, students are allowed to wear different kind of dress code as their wishes but required to wear in smart casual. For example Polo-Tee and jeans with sports shoes are the best dress code in university but not sleeveless, shorts and flip flops.

                In a nutshell, both secondary school and university have their similarities and differences in different terms. The most important is both secondary school and university are the place who born successful mankind that contribute to the country.

Life is getting busier and busier.

A week full of test and assignments. Presentation and final are coming soon.
I am nearly finish my foundation studies soon, just another semester to go. I was thinking what course should I pursue in my degree, I am still dilemma, considering.... Not sure about leaving Malaysia, seriously, I don't feel like making decision. Different things came in to my life gradually in unexpectedly, and I have no way to avoid or escape from it. Seems like everything still going good, most important is I am happy. 

So, let it be!

Raining season, thunderstorms in Nilai is getting scarier and scarier, louder and louder. Can't believe I am that vulnerable when the rain and storms comes. It's time to get better quality jackets! Oh scary eye bags and skin condition are getting serious and bad!.. ahh! Ruined my math test and did not do well in my MGT! Seriously, I hope I can score better in ENL! Extremely tired for this week, oh I need hugs... I need cuddles.. I need warm.. I AM TIRED!  HAHAHA

Men shouldn’t have more than one Woman

When God first created this world, God has also created Adam and Eve which is a male and a female.  For over centuries, man is the one who hold the greater power and rights than a woman. Thus, we can always see that women has always been discriminated and controlled. There are cases that women have to listen to their husband and follow their instruction where women have no rights to disagree when men have more than one wife. However, we think that man shouldn’t have more than one woman. A man should show his loyalty to his beloved and give protection to his new generation.

As we say, a man should be faithful to a woman. If a man fall in love with two women at a same time, that is not counted as true love. A man might fall in love with two women but the degree of love for both is definitely different. We can also imagine that if one man falls in love with two women, how he can spend his time equally on two women. In this case, it is not fair to both women because there is no women would like to share a man with others. Hence, a man should be loyal to only one woman.

In addition, the infidelity will affect the future of their children. If a man own more than one family, it will lead to family tragedy and domestic violence. This is commonly happened on a children involved in this issue will easily get discriminate and look down by others, also it will lead recluse and will face the fear in marriage. Besides, the actions of a father also affect the thinking and behavior of the children. For example, the children will follow his father’s path and become unfaithful to woman. The role of a father is very important in a family because a small action will lead to different ending.

Women hearts are fragile and vulnerable. What they need are caring and trust from their man. When a woman’s man is not around, she will always check on his current location or even doubt the answer that have been given by the man. Imagine how if woman found that her most trustable man having affair with others woman, this will gives trauma and depress to the woman. When a woman lack of protection, they will started to think aside and become crumble. It may also cause mentally ill if it went serious. Therefore, we can see that woman will be the victim if man is not loyal to her.

In a nut shell, we strongly agree that man shouldn’t have more than one woman. Man should pick up the responsibility to give enough trust and strong protection to woman.

Everyone make mistakes. Even a great philosopher or doctor, professors or teacher, scientists or our dearest parents. The question is, how would they being that successful and contribute to the society? How they overcome difficulties and failures before they succeed?  People has always been reminded to learn from mistake. However, did everyone actually did that? Indeed. The truth is, failure doesn't come from falling down, but it comes from not getting up. 

Life is just like the chapters of a thick novel. First, will be the beginning of our life, slowly by slowly, we grown up from cute baby to walk and fall toddler. Since this stage, we've learn how to walk, fall and get up by ourself. Then a kid to a adolescence, teenage then adult and we get old one day. Everyone must gone through every pages, the steps and stages of our life, meeting different kind peoples, situations and things. Overcome tons of  troubles, difficulties. 

Maybe, love and relationship is not my thing for now, but warm cuddle and protection are what I need when I'm sad and depress. Things never happen like what we've thought. Get ready in every minute to accept the fact that gonna happen. To be frank, I am kinda timid in sometimes, like I might fear to fail when I'm full of confidence or when putting high expectation. Anyway, I did learned something from my weaknesses. I've learn to never put high expectation or easily believing on anyone, never blindly think that he/she is your only one, ever think that your ex leave is your end of your day never study last minute before test, never tell your secret to anyone, never rely one others, never promise if you can't make it................. And believe what you've seen.

Mistakes, I've made a lot. Is time for a change, look further and learn from pass! :D

(a)    What do you understand from your readings regarding the issue?

            Through these articles that I’ve read, human with irrational or negative thinking brings troubles to society, this is also why pet abuse cases occurs and I believe that there must be several reasons caused this happened. Nowadays, pet abuses cases have been increase throughout globalize as we can see through many news from newspapers and pet magazines all over the earth. This issue has been concerned not only by individual, government but also organizations as well for example: a Non-government organization (NGO), Society to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) an animal welfare organisation which keep defenceless animals and to aggravate their suffering. Pet abuse happened due to many reasons. Existence of irresponsible pet owner and human without conscience are the main reasons of pet abuse. In addition, the incorrect method of catching stray dogs, euthanizing, wrong training method, and neglecting actions of mankind. Further, such as slapping, pressing, pushing, shoving, slamming, throwing and kicking are also the considered as pet abuse. This may also because of personality disorders such as zoo sadism (torturing pets and small animals). This issue has been strongly emphasized through many ways such as advertisement, news, posters, campaigns and events. People around the world are now moving forward to their mission as to reduce and against the cases of pet abusing.

(b)   Why do you think it occurs? Explain your answer.

        Pet abuse is an immature and foolish action of human that gave troubles to the society. We can see that nowadays many people like to own dog or cat as a pet in their house but not many of them actually know the accurate way of taking care of them and did not find out what should they take note before they get one pet such as daily proper meal, comfortable shelter and hygiene. Some irresponsible pet owners don’t have patient to take care of their pets and some of them might also get tedious after few months keeping their pets and they begin to neglect them or treat them in a bad way.  Besides, some owners not willing to pay for the medical fees for their pets when their pets are sick or get injured, they throw them to the forest area or just leave them beside the street and assume that they can survive themselves. Moreover, the rate of stray dogs has increases gradually it is because of many dog owners did not neuter or spay their dogs. This has created a great amount of unwanted dogs exists all around the streets and leads to the local town council have to take action of catching stray dogs. In another way, everyone should know that we can’t assume how dogs behave, they might turn aggressive due to some reasons and the owner has no choice they begin to punish their pet by using several cruel ways such as hitting, slapping and kicking.

(c)(i) Impacts on society;

Pet abuse can influence the society in several ways. Pet abuse cases had created a lots of homeless and uncared pets, this has caused the pet shelter has overload with abandoned pets. Society to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) hadstrongly concerned about this issues and this has given awareness to people by different methods such as organizing campaigns and events. If there are more and more pet abuse cases occur, gradually, there will be more and more rules and regulations of owning a pet which by local council as well. Pet lovers might found difficulties on keeping pets in their house due to the licence problem; this is so unfair to the pet lovers. Another case, I’ve read from the article no. 4, “Strays allegedly caught and shot in full view of children”, shows that there are residents who witnessed open-shooting of stray dogs, the shooting was carried out in residential areas and was nearby children who were walking to a kindergarten. This case would affect how the children think and reflect aggressively or turns violent after if they saw the incident. This issue has been concerned by most the parents because this might influence the thought of children since they are still young and do not have mature thinking.

(ii) Impacts on nation;

Cruelty to animal has reflects the mentality of people such as the behaviour disorders of human, zoo sadism which leads to pet abuse case occur, if the news has spread to others country even the whole world, this will also tarnish the good name of our country. Veterinary Services Department and Society to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) have to reinforce protectiveness actions to animal by promoting to society. From one of the article that I’ve read “Toy poodle abusers still not found”, regarding the video clip that had uploaded on Facebook and YouTube, about the dog owner used the wrong and inhuman method to train his dog which considered as abusing, this has caught the attention of people. The video clip has also being spread to another country and being discussed by nations. Due to the cases of pet abuse getting serious, now Society to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) all around the world are being more focus on the issues and also get support from government.

When you don't know whether to go right or left

Life is all about choices, and sometimes we feel as if were being too much pressured to make one.

How would we actually know that whether the choices that we'd made are the right one? I believed everyone must have experienced this because we are living in the world with full of alternatives. I really doubt my decision. What am I actually doing now? I don't know.

Sometimes, it's really hard for us to be ourselves, you will never know how people look at you and how people think of you. When is the time to put on our mask? Or when we should not? When you are in Rome, live as the Romans do. It's true. Somehow we can't actually adapt ourselves too fast to a new environment, but we have no choice, we have to.

Anyway, we must always think positively and so nothing to be worry about! Always be yourself! SMILE! :D

Tests are around the corner, more and more assignments and meetings are coming up! Luckily I'd done with my mathematics assignment with my group members. It's really interesting! We were actually asked to compose an algebra song for our assignment and we have to make it a video as presentation. We've used the song of Charice-- 'Pyramid' and we took 2days to write a lyrics, few days to shoot the video and 3hours to record the song! Seriously we'd put many effort in that video especially Siau Lui for editing and arranging the video. *a round of applause to her! We did a great job!

University Day had just passed 2days ago, I had a great time with INTIans and met with my secondary school friends which studying at Nilai College, miss those day when I was with them. We shout, we cheer, we claps, we play, we jump and we dance and I also took many photos on that day, photos were uploaded in my Facebook, have a look! Click here!

So lucky that I am in INTI this year and have the chance to celebrate INTI's 25th anniversary because University Day will only held 25 years once, which means the next University Day will be in another 25 years later. woops! Red and white color are the dress code for INTIans on that day and the photos outcome just looks super great! Food and drinks were being sold and games as well. DJ Skeletor's part was the peak of the whole U Day! I danced like insane, I was getting too high and can't control myself. Opps!  Luckily I still managed to woke up for class on the next day. 

Business Studies 2 and Economics 1 test on next week and I really  hope that I can concentrate my revision for my coming test at my house, can't get away from my soft and comfortable bed when I am home, can't help, home is always the best and most comfortable place ever.

Have you ever treat someone more than just like only a friend? Or have you ever labeled someone as ''best friend'', ''babes'', ''dudes'', or maybe your girlfriend, boyfriend? Have you introduce someone to another one that he/she is your good friend or besties? What do you think about labeling someone?

500 Days of Summer. It's not a love story, but a story about love. (oppsie, it's an introduction of the movie -.-) This film presented the jumps of the various days within 500days of the relationship between Summer and Tom. They work in a greeting cards company, Tom works as a writer instead of architect whereby Summer as a new assistant to the boss. Summer doesn't believe true love exists. She did told her that she doesn't believe in true love even she does not want a boy friend. Still, Tom falls for her. They had great time in first 300 days, after that their relationship begins to changed.

Tom and Summer never label each other as a boyfriend or a girlfriend, they believed that their relationship don't need to have any 'label' to represent their status. Their relationship just begin when they started to have feelings on each other. But there is one part I don't really like it. It's about Summer didn't admit that they are couple, it's true that they never want to label each other but yet, they get along together just like a couple. So, what's Summer thinking? How hurt is Tom!

At last, Summer left Tom after catches the bouquet at the wedding their collegue. She was actually engaged and she invited Tom to a party at her apartment. Tom run away due to a deep depression when she saw her hand wearing an engagement ring. One day after a very long time after the party, they met at the favorite spot in the city which they used to went last time when they still getting along together, Summer says she is glad to see Tom is doing well, and Tom tells her that he really hopes she is happy.  (WHAT?! I HATE THIS CONVERSATION!)

Yes, what I wanted to say through this post is about the very bad and worst feeling when someone makes you feel special, then suddenly leaves you hanging and you have to act like you don't care at all. I can't imagine what if this happen to me and I don't want this happen to me! For me, labeling is not that very necessary but yet for me is still have to depends on who the person and what's the situation is.

Hey guys!

I wanna blog about the dinner I had yesterday! Have you guys heard Restaurant 6 2 10 Grill before? 6 2 10 Grill was once located at sec17, at a housing area, ground floor of an old flats. Few months ago they have been moved to Aman Suria, Petaling Jaya. 6 2 10 has always been known for their nasi lemak and western dishes. The price of foods are very reasonable! It's worth to have a try! oh ya, kindly remind, this restaurant serve non-halal.

I ordered soup of the day- wild mushroom soup and the 200g beef steak with black pepper sauce, well done. It arrived less than 10 minutes later. Tender and soft, it also comes with fries, vegetables salads and scrambles egg. Good stuff!
